Objective: To describe the differential diagnosis, diagnosis, and chiropractic management of a case of chronic upper extremity paresthesia.
Clinical Features: A 24-year-old woman presented with recent neck stiffness, along with a primary complaint of chronic upper extremity paresthesia and hand weakness of insidious onset.
Intervention And Outcome: Results of previous electro-diagnostic and advanced imaging studies were combined with clinical assessment to diagnose thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS).

Background: Benign Joint Hypermobility Syndrome (BJHS) is a relatively prevalent condition of the spectrum of heritable connective tissue disorders, with musculoskeletal, visceral and psychological manifestations. The conservative management of the musculoskeletal symptomatology must be modified for optimal effectiveness and minimal sequelae.
Purpose: To provide an overview of the presentation, assessment, chiropractic management, and outcomes of patients with BJHS.

Cancers of the breast, kidney, lungs, prostate and thyroid metastasize to the musculoskeletal system in the majority of patients with malignancy. This report chronicles the case of a 65-year-old female with a known history of breast cancer who presented to a chiropractic clinic. Once metastasis was ruled out as the cause of her complaint, the patient was treated with manual therapies and exercises.

Introduction: Inequities in access to health services, resulting from cuts in public sector budgets and inflation, greatly affect Canada's poorest and most vulnerable people. The purpose of this article is to describe the experiences of the community-based teaching clinics of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), located in the poor, inner city region of Toronto, where access to chiropractic care for this population has been enabled.
Discussion: Three chiropractic teaching clinics have been established in host facilities in the inner city community of Toronto.
