The guarantee of human rights in the healthcare of individuals with mental disorders is a global challenge. Health practices frequently fail to integrate relational ethical principles in the promotion of holistic and inclusive care. It is therefore crucial to investigate how healthcare professionals perceive and conduct their practices in this context.

Initial Requirements for the Prototyping of an App for a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Project: An Integrative Review.

The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Project (PRP) is a tool designed to structure and organize mental health care, guided by the theoretical and practical principles of Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PR). This article aims to identify the initial requirements for the prototyping of a "Psychosocial Rehabilitation Project App". To achieve this, an integrative review was conducted with the research question: what initial requirements are important to compose the prototype of the "Psychosocial Rehabilitation Project App" in mental health? In the search process, 834 articles were identified and exported to the online systematic review application Rayyan QCRI, resulting in 36 eligible articles for this study, along with one app.

Medial fixed-bearing unicompartmental knee arthroplasty in patients with or without patellofemoral osteoarthritis: is there any difference in clinical outcomes?

Purpose: Patients with indication for medial UKA may present with some degree of patellofemoral joint degeneration. The main purpose of this study was to identify the impact of patellofemoral osteoarthritis (PFOA) on the clinical outcomes of medial fixed-bearing UKA.

Methods: A retrospective cohort study evaluating the clinical outcomes of medial UKA in patients with isolated medial OA, with or without patellofemoral involvement.

The work of professionals in the Family Health Strategy, which is a part of primary health care in Brazil, is essential for the inclusion and support of people with mental disorders. These professionals' perceptions of individuals with psychiatric diagnoses can directly influence the quality and effectiveness of the care provided. Therefore, the objective of this study was to explore and understand the perceptions of professionals who work in the Family Health Strategy about people with mental disorders.

Objectives: to describe researchers' experience in collecting data from families of femicide victims.

Methods: this descriptive, qualitative study took the form of an experience report and was conducted in Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil. It involved documentary consultation, training researchers, scheduling and conducting interviews, and using a field diary to record the researchers' perceptions and experiences.

Background: High-energy traumatic fractures represent a challenge for orthopaedic surgeons because there are a great variety of morphologic patterns and associated injuries.  Verify if routinely used metallic implants (stainless steel, aluminum alloy, cobalt-chromium-molybdenum, and titanium made) will be detected in an international airport of Brazil and generate helpful information to prevent patient inconvenience and to support the security regulatory agencies.  An experimental, non-randomized, controlled, cross-over study was performed by recruiting two individuals, one male and one female, to pass through a standard airport metal detector with orthopedic implants attached to the body. Implants with different compositions, weight, and in various parts of the body were tested.

Background: This study aims to assess orthopaedic surgeon knowledge in Brazil about ionizing radiation and its health implications on surgical teams and patients.

Methods: A 15-question survey on theoretical and practical concepts of ionizing radiation was administered during the 23rd Brazilian Orthopaedic Trauma Association annual meeting. The survey addressed issues within orthopedic surgery, such as radiation safety concepts, protection, exposure, as well as the participant gender.

Acute esophageal necrosis (AEN) or "black esophagus" is a rare condition presented by patients with critical state of health and characterized by a darkened esophagus, usually the distal third, in upper digestive endoscopy. Increased significance of food wastes: selective recovery of added-value compounds.

A single-step selective separation of two food additives was investigated using alcohol-salt aqueous two-phase systems (ATPS). The selective partitioning of two of the most used additives from a processed food waste material, vanillin and l-ascorbic acid, was successfully accomplished. The results obtained prove that alcohol-salt ATPS can be easily applied as cheaper processes for the selective recovery of valuable chemical products from food wastes and other sources.
