The rapid expansion of scientific literature necessitates developing efficient data extraction and analysis methods. This study presents an innovative approach to automating the extraction of cryoprotectant information from scientific publications using a generative pretrained transformer (GPT) model integrated with a Telegram bot interface. Our system processes and analyzes scientific articles to identify and extract relevant data on cryoprotectants and bacteria, significantly reducing the time required for researchers to gather essential information.

In this paper, we describe an electrochemical sensing platform-ElectroSens-for the detection of Zn based on self-assembled polyelectrolyte multilayers on the carbon fiber (CF) electrode surface. The CF-extended surface facilitates the usage of a small volume electrochemical cell (1 mL) without stirring. This approach allows making a low-cost three-electrode platform.

Article Synopsis
  • Transparent flexible thin polymer films with silver patterns have been developed, offering an innovative way to record, protect, and transmit information while also enabling nonlinear gradient material formation.
  • An automated system for information recording and reading was established, alongside the creation of an alphabet for process automation, utilizing an XOR function for data protection exemplified by coding the ITMO University logo.
  • The structured samples feature functional gradient materials that highlight peaks of surface plasmon resonance, and UV-vis spectroscopy provides an automated method for decoding these structures.
