Traumatic lunotriquetral rupture in a 10-year-old girl.

We report a case of a symptomatic lunotriquetral ligament rupture in a 10-year-old girl. Diagnosis was confirmed by arthrography and successful surgical treatment was performed with a ligamentoplasty of a radially based flap of the retinaculum extensorum. We reviewed the current literature.
