White matter (WM) signal abnormalities are demonstrated in various neurodevelopmental disorders on brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The pattern of WM abnormalities can aid in the diagnostic process. This study aims to characterize the WM changes found in microdeletion/microduplication syndromes.
