The accent was done on the expediency of thoracoscopy performance for the correct diagnosis establishment as well as in the further tactic of treatment determination. The miniinvasive technologies introduction had permitted to improve the results of the patients treatment significantly and to prevent recurrence of spontaneous pneumothorax.
