Onchocerciasis is a vector-borne disease caused by the filarial nematode , which is responsible for most of the visual impairments recorded in Africa, Asia and the Americas. It is known that has similar molecular and biological characteristics as in cattle. This study was designed to screen for immunogenic epitopes and binding pockets of IMPDH and GMPR ligands using immunoinformatic approaches.
