Poly (safranine) modified carbon paste electrode as a sensor for the determination of fenitrothion pesticide.

An effective electroanalytical method was developed for the quantitative evaluation of fenitrothion pesticide. The electrochemically modified carbon paste electrode CPE was constructed by applying a safranine layer on its surface. Safranine monomer is easily oxidized.
