Objective: To assess the cost-effectiveness of large-panel next-generation sequencing (LP-NGS) compared with current empirical single-gene test (SGT) patterns to inform first-line treatment decisions for patients with aNSCLC from a US commercial payer perspective, accounting for the effect of testing turnaround time and time to treatment initiation.
Methods: We developed a discrete-event simulation model to estimate the impact of LP-NGS vs SGT for patients with nonsquamous aNSCLC.

Background: Patients with dementia commonly suffer from symptoms of overactive bladder (OAB); however, limited research exists on the clinical impact of coexisting OAB among patients with dementia. As such, the objective of this study was to examine the impact of OAB on clinical outcomes, health-care resource use, and associated costs among patients with dementia.
Methods: We conducted a retrospective cohort analysis of patients with dementia using 3861 matched pairs of patients with and without OAB.
Purpose: To compare patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) initiating direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) versus warfarin on clinical outcomes including stroke, systemic embolism (SE), bleeding events, and cost of care.
