Sodium Valproate (VPA) is known to have deleterious consequences on ovarian function and folliculogenesis. Folic acid (FA) is associated with the quality of many parameters in folliculogenesis. Therefore, we aimed to investigate the effects of chronic Valproate administration on ovarian morphology, folliculogenesis, reproductive hormones, and the possible protective effect of Folic acid supplementation.
