Revealing the relation between job satisfaction and workload: a cross-sectional study in the emergency department.

Unlabelled: Job satisfaction is recognized as an essential parameter that affects the performance and quality of medical services provided by emergency department (ED) health professionals. However, little is known about the status of job satisfaction related to workload among ED staff in Saudi Arabia. This study aimed to explore the current level of job satisfaction and to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and the personal and professional characteristics of ED staff.
