Background: Global interest in complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) has recently risen, particularly in Saudi Arabia, and the use of CAM is gaining popularity as a healthcare option.

Objectives: This study aims to assess the prevalence of CAM use among patients with chronic diseases and identify the reasons for resorting to CAM in Al-Madinah, Saudi Arabia.

Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in Al-Madinah City.

Purpose: To investigate the health-related factors and analyze the expression of epigenetic related genes and inflammatory genes in metabolic syndrome Trigger Finger (TF) and smoker TF.

Methods: Samples from patients' fingers with symptomatic TF were collected. There were seven groups: healthy control group, carpal tunnel syndrome (as a control for gene expression analysis), TF, diabetic TF, hypertensive TF, dyslipidemic TF and smoker TF.

Background and objective Basic Life Support (BLS) is critical because it keeps patients with life-threatening illnesses or injuries alive and maintains viability until a team of paramedics or hospital staff can provide expert care. There are many events that can result in serious injury and cause a person to stop breathing. BLS awareness among the population who have relatives with heart diseases greatly increases their confidence to act quickly when necessary and reduces their level of hesitation.

To explore the early solicited adverse events (AE) following BNT162b2 mRNA vaccination in Saudi Arabia, we distributed an online survey to adults vaccinated with BNT162b2 over the first week of June 2021, to collect data on first (V1), second doses (V2), symptoms, severity, and outcome after an informed consent was obtained. We recruited 3639 BNT162b2 vaccinated individuals, of which one-third had received two doses, 63.
