Introduction: Methemoglobinemia is a blood disorder characterized by the presence of ferric form of hemoglobin in the blood. This form of hemoglobin can carry oxygen but is unable to release it effectively causing a range of symptoms including headache, dizziness, nausea, and cyanosis.
