We studied liver phospholipid composition and activity of the glutathione redox-system in rats on prolonged for 180 days high-fat diet. The adaptive response was formed from day 30 to day 90 of high-fat load and was associated with increased relative content of phosphatidylseryne and phosphatidylethanolamine homeostasis. Constant antioxidant activity of glutathione redox-system for 30 days period of high-fat load was achieved by stable glutathioneperoxidase activity, on 90th day--level of glutathione reductase increased.

The condition of the system "prooxidants-antioxidants" in dynamic model alimentary dyslipidemia in Vistar rats of the lines were studied. General antioxidant activities, activities of antioxidant enzymes (katalase, glutathione reductase, glutathione peroxidase), levels of glutathione, products of lipoperoxides in blood and liver, intensive forming of the oxide nitrogen and monoxide carbon were investigated. The role of the signal molecules (oxide nitrogen and monoxide carbon) in regulation oxidative stress was discussed.

The results of enterosorbent of marine origin zoosterol application under nephropathy are cited. Detoxicational, lipid corregated action of zoosterol was revealed as a result of experimental researches on nephrocalcinosis model, but calcium accumulation was observed in animals' kidney tissue. Clinical examinations including zoosterol application and dietotheraphy showed the decreasing of heightened calcium level in serum and urine, cholesterol and triglycerides, stabilization of membranodestructive processes in urinary excretive system for patients with chronic pyelonephritic.

It has been shown that the lowest level of total lipids, cholesterol, triacylglycerols and products of lipid peroxidation of blood and liver, as a rule, is specific to adult rats. These characteristics are significantly higher for old and young animals. At the same time, the level of glutathione and alphatocopherols in adults' liver is much higher than in young and old rats.

The effect of enterosorbents of natural origin, zoosterol and sodium alginate, on the main types of metabolism and the macro- and microelement composition (calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper) of the renal tissues was studied in animals with experimental nephrocalcinosis. Increased complex-forming ability of zoosterol, related to a higher absorption activity of low-molecular-weight fragments of this enterosorbent, favors retention of large molecules in the form of calcium salts in the parenchyma. Sodium alginate favors the elimination of calcium compounds and compensates for calcification of the renal tissue, which allows this this enterosorbent to be used as a crystal-inhibiting complex-forming agent for correcting metabolic dysbalance in cases of nephrocalcinosis.

Maxar, a hepatoprotector of plant origin containing polyphenols, exhibits an antioxidant effect in animals with alloxane-induced diabetes. The administration of maxar reduces the intensity of lipid peroxidation (LPO) and normalizes the level of LPO products (diene conjugates, malonic dialdehyde, Schiff bases) in liver. The drug produces regulation of the protective antioxidant system primarily by increasing the level of endogenous antioxidants via activation of the glutathione-dependent enzymatic mechanisms and detoxication of lipid hydroperoxide radicals.

A combined action of carbonic mineral waters of Shmakovsky and Mukhensky deposits and natural enterosorbent zosterin was studied in nephrocalcinosis in experiment. Taking carbonic mineral waters reduced intoxication, stimulates filtration and excretory renal functions. Zosterin delays calcium in the renal tissue in nephrocalcinosis.

At an experimental model of alimentary hyperlipoproteinemia the medical effect of specialized product "Zolotoi Rog", a composition of biologically active substances, antioxidants and honey, isolated from marine organisms, was analysed. The hypolipidemic effect of this product was defined at violations of lipid metabolism of blood and liver of animals. Deterioration of the processes of lipids peroxidation and raising activity of antioxidant system of an organism, were revealed.

Experimental investigations on impact of biological active additives zosterin to food in complex with carbonate mineral waters on system peroxidate oxidation of lipids-antioxidant protection at hyperlipidemia have been conducted. It has been established the corrected action of each tested remedy taken separately and in different combinations on process of peroxidation of lipids and antioxidant functions of organism.

The conditions suitable for the cultivation of Yersinia and the inhibition of their cell-wall synthesis have been selected with the aim of obtaining spheroplasts and protoplasts of these microorganisms. Penicillin, streptomycin and lithium chloride have proved to be not very suitable for this purpose as they induce essential changes in the structure of the cytoplasmic membrane in altered Yersinia forms. The addition of 1% of glycine (for Y.
