[Features of reperfusion therapy in old patients at acute coronary syndrome with segment st elevation and moderately reduced kidney function].

The article discusses approaches to reperfusion strategy in old patients according to baseline GFR defined by MDRD formula for admission to the hospital with a diagnosis of STEMI. The authors analyzed the complications and mortality rates, depending on the method of reperfusion while GFR < 60 mL/min per 1,73 m2. GFR is an aggravating factor that increases frequency of hospital and annual mortality and complication of AMI.
