Escitalopram is one of the most commonly used antidepressant drugs but exhibits a substantial interindividual variation in clinical response. A key factor underlying response differences is the polymorphic nature of the CYP2C19 gene encoding the major enzyme responsible for escitalopram metabolism. Objective: Screening of children 18-48 months of age at risk of mental and developmental disorders in the general population.
Material And Methods: The survey was conducted by a continuous epidemiological method in primary health care institutions in the nine largest regions of Russia. For the period 2017-2019, 595 691 parents of children, aged 18-48 months, were surveyed.
Due to limited arsenal of systemically available antifungal agents, infections caused by are difficult to treat and the emergence of drug-resistant strains present a major challenge to the clinicians worldwide. Hence further exploration of potential novel and effective antifungal drugs is required. In this study we have explored the potential of a flavonoid, astragalin, in controlling the growth of in both planktonic and biofilm forms by microdilution method; and in regulating the morphological switch between yeast and hyphal growth.

The cosinor analysis allowed assessing significance of changes in biological rhythms in 2 biological models: the jetlag-type diurnal rhythm shift model and the model with changed light mode. The revealed changes in the rhythms of biochemical parameters in the blood serum of animals with acute desynchronosis indicate significant changes in the intensity of carbohydrate-lipid metabolism, which affected the processes of cell bioenergetics.
