Patients with myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN), including myelofibrosis, polycythemia vera, and essential thrombocythemia, experience a pronounced symptom burden. This study aimed to collect information from physicians and patients in Taiwan to explore their perceptions regarding MPN, treatment goals, and satisfaction with disease management.
