[Efficiency of staged rehabilitation treatment of patients with chronic endometritis and reproductive disorders].

Unlabelled: The use of physical factors according to the principles of syndromic-pathogenic approach with the patients suffering from chronic endometritis ensures the restoration of physical and mental health.

Objective: To evaluate and scientifically substantiate therapeutic effects of staged rehabilitation treatment of the patients with chronic endometritis and reproductive disorders including therapeutic physical factors.

Material And Methods: There have been observed 103 patients of childbearing age with chronic endometritis and reproductive disorders.

The purpose of the study is to develop a pregravid preparation algorithm for women suffering from chronic endometritis associated with infertility using therapeutic physical factors. There have been observed 60 patients of reproductive age suffering from chronic endometritis associated with infertility. By simple randomization, two groups were formed: the group of comparison included 30 patients who were treated in accordance with clinical guidelines - antibacterial therapy and simultaneous physiotherapy (magnetic laser therapy, color-stimulation therapy); the main group included 30 patients.

[Nervous system pathology in children with scleroderma].

An examination of 50 children suffering from various forms of scleroderma revealed clinical signs of nervous system involvement. The data of the skin functional parameters pointed to symptoms of irritation of the sympathetic nervous system. Electroencephalographic and electromyographic changes were observed.
