Cardio and cytoprotective effect of cytoflavin in terms of experimental perinatal hemic hypoxia.

The Purpose: The purpose of research is to study cardiocytoprotective effect of cytoflavin in terms of aperinatal hypoxia in experiment.

Methods: During research the offspring (22 pups) of 15 females of white Wistar line rats aged 3-4 months were involved. The hypoxia was recreated by daily intraperitoneal introduction of sodium nitrite (NaNO2) in a dose of 5 mg/100 g of the body weight causing a moderately severe hypoxia.
