[Features of the Reperfusion Therapy for ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction According to the Russian Registry of Acute Myocardial Infarction - REGION-IM].

Aim: Based on data from the Russian REGION-IM registry, to study the features of reperfusion therapy in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) in real-life clinical practice.

Material And Methods: REGION-IM is a multicenter prospective observational study. The observational period is divided into 3 stages: during the stay in the hospital and at 6 and 12 months after inclusion in the registry.

A Case Series of Fetal Valproate Syndrome in the Republic of Crimea.

Valproic acid or valproate is a well-recognized potent teratogen. Antenatal exposure to this drug can cause fetal valproate syndrome (FVS), which is a constellation of distinctive dysmorphic features and congenital malformations. Despite an abundance of reports and registries about this syndrome, there is lack of information from Russia, in particular, the Republic of Crimea.

[Karyological and immunological parameters in children under conditions of varying ambient air pollution].

The cytological status, proliferation, and apoptosis of the buccal epithelium and the level of secretory immunoglobulin A were studied in 90 children living in a large ferrous metallurgy center (Tula). There were increases in the degree of cytogenetic impairments, a change in cell kinetic processes, and a reduction in local immunity in children in a more polluted area. There was a high significant correlation of karyological and immunological parameters with some chemical ambient air pollutants.
