This paper represents the study of endogenous and exogenous fatty acids affecting the mitochondrial phosphorylation system effectiveness depending on temperature. The experiment was set up under conditions in which the oxidative phosphorylation system operates as a supercomplex. Rat liver mitochondria were isolated without purposive fatty acids removal from membranes, then studied in hypotonic medium (120 mOsm).

The purpose of the present work was studying the possible interrelation of the hormonal status of plants and size of the genetic effects induced by an irradiation in small dozes. The frequency of somatic mutations in strings Tradescantia (a clone 02) at an irradiation in dozes up to 28 cGy was estimated. Influence radiations in a range from background up to 28 cGy on the maintenance in inflorescences Tradescantia (a clone 02) the basic groups of plant hormones is investigated: abscisic acid, cytokinin, auxin and gibberellin A3.

The effect of flooding on the growth parameters and hormonal dynamics (auxins, abscisic acid, cytokinins, gibberellins, and ethylene) has been studied in a vegetation experiment on the leaves of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and oat (Avena sativa L.).

We have studied diurnal courses of the free forms of phytohormones (abscisic acid, gibberellins, cytokinins, indolylacetic acid, and ethylene) in leaves of the spring variety of barley (Hordeum vulgare L.), cultivars Zazerskii 85 and Moskovskii 2 in vegetation experiments. The phytohormones were analyzed by gas-liquid chromatography, immunoenzyme assays, and bioassays, using unfractionated plant material.
