The study of 304 patients with chronic hepatitis C is presented. It was shown that in patients with chronic hepatitis C the occurrence and increase of violations of a functional condition of vegetative nervous system it is combined with emergence and progressing of signs of the mixed cryoglobulinemia. Clinical demonstration of the HCV associated crioglobulinemia syndrome is accompanied by the most expressed vegetative dysfunction, the being characterized low capacity of variability of a rhythm of heart and development of a vegetative disbalance and sympathicotonia.

The study of 78 patients with chronic hepatitis C is presented. It was found that emergence and progression of endothelium-dependent dysfunction of endothelium is combined with progression of liver fibrosis. The manifestation of clinical signs of the HCV-associated crioglobulinemia syndrome is registered in patients with stage F 3-4 liver fibrosis against the background of high concentration of the mixed cryoglobulins, rheumatoid factor of Ig M and the expressed endothelium-dependent dysfunction of endothelium.

The materials received in the course of inspection of 104 patients with chronic hepatitis С are presented in article. In work it is shown that at patients with chronic hepatitis C the wide range of the autoantibodies which frequency of identification and expansion of their range is combined with emergence of biochemical signs and the subsequent clinical manifestation of the admixed cryoglobulinemia, and also accession of other extrahepatic implications is registered. The highest maintenance of the admixed cryoglobulins, rhematoid factor of IgM, circulating immune complexes in blood serum is registered at patients with existence of cliniko-biochemical signs of the HCV associated admixed cryoglobulinemia in combination with other extrahepatic implications.

Fifteen healthy individuals and 17 patients with episodic exertional headaches were examined before and after treatment with citalopram using P300 event-related potentials. Unlike healthy controls, patients with headaches before treatment displayed an increase in P300 amplitude and the loss of its habituation, which correlated with a decrease in cognitive functions. The treatment lowered the degree of pain and vegetative syndromes, normalized P300 parameters, and improved cognitive functions.

To investigate psychophysiological features of panic disorder (PD) before and after treatment with citalopram, P300 auditory event-related potentials (ERPs) were recorded in 31 patients who met the DSM-IV criteria of PD and 24 age- and sex-matched normal controls. The ERPs were recorded during a standard two-tone discrimination task (oddball task). The treatment was conducted as a monotherapy during 6 weeks, with citalopram dosage of 20 mg/day.
