[Effect of anticholinergic therapy on myocardial reserve dynamics in patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis].

The aim of the work is to study the influence of a long-term ipratropium bromide on the character of the functional heart indices changes in patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis. Positive effects on the myocardial reserve are reported under a 2-week atrovent monotherapy. Atrovent favoured a positive trend in clinical symptoms, that determined the myocardial reserve.
