The sensitivity of solid state nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy can be enhanced via dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP) using unpaired electrons as polarizing agents. In metal ions based (MI)-DNP, paramagnetic metal ions are introduced as dopants into inorganic materials serving as endogenous polarizing agents. Having polarizing agents as part of the structure enables signal enhancements within the bulk of the material.

Methods: One hundred twelve adult and healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups (n = 28): saline solution (0.9%); healing ointment based on allantoin and zinc oxide; collagen gel; and association of F18 BG powder and collagen gel.
In this study, the hybrid conductance-based adaptive exponential integrate and fire (CadEx) neuron model is proposed to determine the effect of magnetic flux on conductance-based neurons. To begin with, bifurcation analysis is carried out in relation to the input current, resetting parameter, and adaptation time constant in order to comprehend dynamical transitions. We exemplify that the existence of period-1, period-2, and period-4 cycles depends on the magnitude of input current via period doubling and period halving bifurcations.

Their stable and long-term performance depends on the formation of the solid electrolyte interphase (SEI), a nanosized, heterogeneous and disordered layer, formed due to degradation of the electrolyte at the anode surface. The chemical and structural properties of the SEI control the charge transfer process at the electrode-electrolyte interface, thus, there is great interest in determining these properties for understanding, and ultimately controlling, SEI functionality.
