Background: The diffusion of laparoscopic radical surgery for hydatid liver echinococcosis remains limited. There are no published data on a comparative analysis of the immediate and long-term results of radical and conservative laparoscopic surgery for liver hydatid cysts. Comparison of the immediate and long-term outcomes after laparoscopic radical and conservative cystectomies was aimed.

The aim of the study was to compare the immediate outcomes of hydro-jet dissection with ultrasonic surgical aspirator in laparoscopic liver parenchyma transection in a prospective randomized single-center study.
Methods: Consecutive patients with liver benign and malignant tumors presenting to a single center from May 2017 to May 2020 were enrolled in the study.
A new convenient approach to the synthesis of useful N-heterocyclic carbene complexes of group 13 metals was successfully developed. We demonstrate that air-stable copper(i) diaminocarbene complexes are excellent carbene transfer reagents for the synthesis of (IMes or IPr)MCl3 with high yields (M = Al, Ga). Use of this simple method allowed for the first time to obtain (IPr)AlCl3, inaccessible via a free carbene route.

Nevertheless, E-PASS does not include an assessment of the disease specific risk factors. The aim of the study was to estimate the combined impact of E-PASS and specific preoperative factors on major morbidity for PHCC patients.

Aim: The purpose of the study was to examine overall survival and the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events, as well as economic expenditures for treatment of patients with occlusion of the femoropopliteal-tibial segment and critical ischaemia in low competence of the outflow channel, with a poor prognosis for endovascular or open revascularization of lower-limb arteries.
Patients And Methods: We studied the results of treating a total of 68 patients with lower-limb critical ischaemia and low parameters of the outflow channel competence. Primary arterial reconstruction was performed in 48 cases.
