In recent years, there has been a notable shift towards the use of structural colors in textile dyeing, replacing traditional chemical dyes. This change is primarily attributed to the increasing popularity of structural colors due to their eco-friendly characteristics. In thus study, SiO particles underwent modification with PDA and TiCT (MXene) to establish a core-shell structure, resulting in MSiO/PDA@MXene photonic crystals characterized by electrostatic assembly and hydrogen bonding.

Evaluating Readmission Rates for a Statewide In-Home Ecosystemic Family-Based Treatment Program for Youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance.

Family Based Mental Health Services (FBMHS) with an embedded clinical model, Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy, is an intervention designed for youth with a serious emotional disturbance (SED) who are at risk of out-of-home placement. The current evaluation examines the association between receipt of FBMHS and rates of out-of-home and community-based care during and after an episode of FBMHS. We identified 25,016 Medicaid-enrolled youth ages 3 to 17 years with receipt of a new FBMHS episode from 1/1/2015 to 6/30/2021.

Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Service (BHRS) is a comprehensive service for Pennsylvania's Medicaid-enrolled youth and their families. In 2021, BHRS transitioned to Intensive Behavioral Health Service (IBHS) through state-wide policy change. To assess impact, the largest behavioral health managed care organization in the state compared service utilization in BHRS in 2019 versus IBHS in 2021.

Long-term outcomes after tuberculosis for people with HIV in eastern Europe.

Background: Eastern Europe has a high burden of tuberculosis (TB)/HIV coinfection with high mortality shortly after TB diagnosis. This study assesses TB recurrence, mortality rates and causes of death among TB/HIV patients from Eastern Europe up to 11 years after TB diagnosis.

Methods: A longitudinal cohort study of TB/HIV patients enrolled between 2011 and 2013 (at TB diagnosis) and followed-up until end of 2021.
