The activities of NADP-oxidase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase in mononuclear phagocytes and polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PML) during the phagocytosis of Francisella tularensis and the influence of immunization of on the activity of oxygen-dependent metabolism were studied.
