[Labor strategies of graduates of medical educational institutions: predicted risks of the medical industry].

The article presents the results of a study of the labor strategies of youth included in the personnel reproduction of regional health care. The authors of the article consider the results of a complex sociological study of graduates of educational medical organizations and specialized medical classes (focus group studies, target survey; n = 1027). The research made it possible to answer questions about the dynamics of professional motivation of young people, to determine labor strategies and reasons for choosing in life planning.

[Passporting of parents of disabled children as an analytical resource of social policy].

The article presents the results of a study of the main social and household characteristics of families with disabled children, conducted in the territory of the Belgorod region (targeted survey; n = 990). The research made it possible to answer questions about children's health problems, their living conditions, the economic status of the family, the work of parents, the social environment and other characteristics of families. The article examines the passporting method of target problem (socially vulnerable) groups as an effective way of obtaining system information, a social picture of the situation, conditions, and problems of such families.

Modeling the Structure of Human tRNA-Guanine Transglycosylase in Complex with 7-Methylguanine and Revealing the Factors that Determine the Enzyme Interaction with Inhibitors.

tRNA-guanine transglycosylase, an enzyme catalyzing replacement of guanine with queuine in human tRNA and participating in the translation mechanism, is involved in the development of cancer. However, information on the small-molecule inhibitors that can suppress activity of this enzyme is very limited. Molecular dynamics simulations were used to determine the amino acid residues that provide efficient binding of inhibitors in the active site of tRNA-guanine transglycosylase.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the capabilities of a modern university in the field of creating a system of social control and prompt response in a pandemic. The social responsibility of a progressive university for employees and students does not allow crisis situations to be left without proper and timely regulation, despite the stochastic nature of external risks. External challenges should reveal the adaptive potential of a successful educational corporation, create new tools for managing efficiency and internal environment.

[The analysis of expert survey on factors of self-preserving behavior of population of the central regions of Russia].

For the reproduction of healthy society, it is necessary to pay special attention to self-preserving behavior of population, since health is not only medical, but also and social category. The health acts both as result of interaction of individual and the social environment, and as key condition for successful implementation of social statuses and roles, viability of social system as a whole. The spontaneous "health-saving" socialization, and, as a result, lacking of formation of behavioral patterns related to maintaining and strengthening health, imitation practices of self-care, which are demonstrated by different social demographic groups, especially young population, form danger of development of chronic diseases, further deterioration of national health indices, including decreasing reproductive potential of the state and increasing risks of for demographic policy in the future.
