The results of surgical treatment of 193 patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis were analyzed. In 89 of then the ordinary cholecystectomy (OC) was conducted, in 48--cholecystectomy through the minilaparotomy access (MC), in 56--laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC).
