Mass spectral identification (in particular, in metabolomics) can be refined by comparing the observed and predicted properties of molecules, such as chromatographic retention. Significant advancements have been made in predicting these values using machine learning and deep learning. Usually, model predictions do not contain any indication of the possible error (uncertainty) or only one criterion is used for this purpose.

The possibility the hypercoagulation state occurrence raises nonlinearly together with such of the excised flap mass (% EFM), it exceeds 50% (high risk of hypercoagulation occurrence), when the EFM value constitutes 5.1% of the body mass.

With that objective there was determined the lipids content in a blood serum before and on a 14th day after abdominoplasty. In 73 patients (the main group) surgical interventions were performed on the organs of abdominal cavity, small pelvis and anterior abdominal wall with a simultant abdominoplasty, in 59 patients (a comparison group) abdominoplasty was not performed.

The condition of the profound femoral artery and the popliteal artery, especially in the zone of its trifurcation, is of the greatest significance for the decision on the volume of surgery. The carrying capacity of the collateral bed of the profound femoral artery in occlusion of the femoral artery was on average 284 ml/min.
