Rapunzel syndrome complicated with gastric perforation is a very rare presentation of trichobezoar. Trichobezoar is an uncommon condition affecting predominantly females. It has non-specific clinical presentation, a wide range of complications, and, if not treated appropriately, carries significant mortality.

Metastatic Crohn's disease is an uncommon complication of Crohn's disease defined as granulomatous inflammation not contiguous with inflammatory disease in bowel. We report on the presentation and management of a 36-year-old man, who had undergone panproctocolectomy 11 years ago, with complex fistulous disease in his perineum, which demonstrated granulomas histologically after resection. We review six similar case reports.

Materials And Methods: Eleven surgeons (trainees--six, colorectal subspeciality interest--two) were asked to site an end colostomy on nine patients using an adhesive disc (diameter--1cm).
We report the case of a 72-year-old gentleman with mesenteric angina who was successfully treated with stenting of a coeliac artery stenosis using a Palmaz stent, and review the therapeutic options in the management of mesenteric angina.
