It is clear evidence that individuals diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) lack confidence in their memory and have low metamemory performance (judgment and accuracy). However, it is still unclear whether low metamemory performance is specific to first, domain general or domain specific, and second, to stimulus domain. To address these issues, we compared individuals diagnosed with OCD and healthy controls (HCs) on recognition, retrospective (judgments of learning [JOL]) and prospective (feeling of knowing [FOK]) metamemory judgments and under three different episodic memory tasks, which consisted of symptom-free, familiar and unfamiliar stimuli (word, scene, and face photo).

Thus, we compared the cycle outcomes of morphologically selected intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) with hyaluronan binding physiological intracytoplasmic sperm injection (PICSI) cycles.
Methods: A total of 2415 ICSI and 400 PICSI procedures of 1630 patients who underwent in vitro fertilization cycles using a time-lapse monitoring system between 2014 and 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.

Synthesis of efficient photocatalysts based on CdS nanomaterials for oxidative decomposition of organic effluents typically focuses on (a) enhancement of surface area of the catalysts and (b) promotion of the separation of photogenerated electron-hole pairs. CdS aerogel, which are synthesized by simple sol-gel assembly of discrete nanocrystals (NCs) into a porous network followed by supercritical drying, could provide higher surface area for photocatalytic reactions along with facile charge separation due to direct contact between NCs via covalent bonding. We evaluated the efficiency of CdS aerogel materials for degradation of organic dyes using methylene blue (MB) and methyl orange (MO) as test cases.
