Recent studies have revealed the potential of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) to treat solid tumors effectively and safely. However, the translation of TIL therapy for patients is still hampered by non-standardized and laborious manufacturing procedures that are expensive and produce highly variable cellular products. To address these limitations, the CliniMACS Prodigy Tumor Reactive T cell (TRT) Process has been developed.

Conjunctival Neuroma After Corneal Neurotization in a Patient With Neurotrophic Keratopathy: A Case Report.

Purpose: To report a rare case of conjunctival neuroma after a successful corneal neurotization surgery.

Methods: The clinical file and histopathology slides of this patient who underwent surgical corneal neurotization for a neurotrophic keratopathy in the right eye were reviewed.

Results: A 70-year-old man with a history of severe herpetic (varicella zoster) neurotrophic keratopathy and keratouveitis in the right eye developed a corneal perforation, which required tectonic keratoplasty (May 2020).

Ketogenic diet registry for epilepsy: A cross-sectional feasibility study.

We aimed to develop a registry ('Keto-Reg') for individuals with epilepsy referred for ketogenic dietary therapy (KDT) and to test feasibility of its implementation. The purpose of the registry is to provide a platform for collaborative research to answer specific research questions regarding long-term clinical and safety outcomes and to identify the most suitable candidates for KDT. Registry data items were determined via an international Delphi survey of KDT healthcare professionals, and then entered into an electronic platform.

Education Research: Neuroradiology Curriculum and Competencies Among Canadian Adult Neurology Residency Programs: A Cross-Sectional Study.

Background And Objectives: While benefitting from neuroradiologists' reports, neurologists use their own image interpretation to guide clinical decisions, especially in acute care settings. This calls for robust neuroradiology training in neurology residency, informed by current educational gaps and practices. This study aims to (1) characterize the formal neuroradiology curriculum among Canadian neurology residency programs; (2) assess neurology residents' neuroimaging interpretation competencies; and (3) define neurology residents' and program directors' (PDs) attitudes toward the current curriculum and future directions.

Many parasitoids alter their reproductive behaviour in response to the quality of encountered hosts. They make adaptive decisions concerning whether to parasitise a potential host, the number of eggs laid on an accepted host, and the allocation of sex to their offspring. Here we present evidence that Farrugia (Hymenoptera: Bethylidae), a gregarious ectoparasitoid of larval tortricids, adjusts its reproductive response to the size and developmental stage of larvae of the light brown apple moth (LBAM), (Walker) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae).
