EUV telescope for a Cubesat nanosatellite.

This paper describes in detail a compact (2U format) telescope operating in the extreme ultraviolet range for studying the solar corona at a wavelength of 17.14 nm. The telescope objective has been built according to the Ritchey-Chrétien scheme with the following parameters: effective focal length of 381.

The "Affordable Medicines" Reimbursement Program in Ukraine: Framework Assessment and Impact Evaluation.

Objectives: In 2017, the government of Ukraine introduced the new Affordable Medicines Program (AMP) for outpatient prescription medicines reimbursement. Despite the evident program implementation benefits, it is highly important to examine the AMP framework to reveal its current tendencies, strengths, and shortcomings that might be useful to support further development and improvement of reimbursement models. This study aimed to evaluate how the pricing strategies applied by the AMP framework might affect the potential to provide patients with affordable medicines.

[Expediency of preventive lymphadenectomy in patients with skin melanoma].

On the basis of the results of treatment of 87 patients with skin melanoma, the expediency of lymphadenectomy performance irrespective of the fact whether the regional lymph nodes were, or were not palpated was substantiated. Performance of this operation permitted 3-fold reduction of lethality.

[A comparative study of the therapeutic and reactivating activities of alloxime and dipyroxime in acute poisoning of animals by organophosphate pesticides].

The therapeutic and reactivating activities of a new antidote alloxime were studied as compared with dipiroxime (TMB-4) during oral intoxication of animals by chlorophos and carbophos (LD50). When administered intramuscularly in a dose of 10 mg/kg, alloxime exhibited more pronounced therapeutic and reactivating effects (particularly in the central nervous system) as compared to dipiroxime.
