[The trocar hernia after laparoscopic operative interventions. classification, treatment, prophylaxis].

Own experience of treatment of patients, suffering trocar hernias, occurred after laparoscopic operative interventions, was analyzed. Classification of trocar hernias was proposed, the main factors of risk and prognostic criteria of a trocar hernias formation were analyzed. The main methods of the trocar hernias correction are adduced.

[The dynamics of lipid peroxidation in patients with ischemic heart disease and hypertension during anaprilin treatment].

Results are reported of a study of the lipid peroxidation (LP) in 33 patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD), hypertensive disease (HD) and their associations during anaprilin treatment. During deterioration of the course of HD and IHD there occurs initiation of LP of membranes most pronounced in association of these diseases. Anaprilin reduces the activity of LP products.
