Background: Concurrent Micra leadless pacemaker (Medtronic, Minneapolis, Minnesota) implantation and atrioventricular node (AVN) ablation has been shown to be feasible and safe in patients with symptomatic, drug-refractory atrial fibrillation (AF). Objectives: This study aimed to elucidate the mechanisms of chiropractic care using resting electroencephalography (EEG), somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs), clinical health assessments (Fitbit), and Patient-reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS-29).
