Chlamydial infection was diagnosed by indirect immunofluorescence in 26.3% and Gardnerella infection in 28.7% of patients with acute gynecological diseases.

[Level of uric acid in the blood of healthy subjects and ischemic heart disease patients].

The level of uric acid (UA) was studied in the blood of healthy persons and CHD patients. A total of 428 males aged 40 to 59 were examined. The level of blood UA in CHD patients was much higher than in healthy persons of the same age.
