The review article reflects the results of the assessment of data from individual research papers and personal observations, as well as data from domestic and foreign literature, as well as own opinion about the features of the training process in educational medical institutions of Ukraine at the present stage. First, the COVID-19 pandemic, and then martial law in the state, caused distance learning to become an inseparable component of modern education and contrib¬uting to the effective implementation of the educational process in general and the achievement of high quality results in medical educational institutions in particular. Pulmonary sarcoidosis is considered refractory if glucocorticoids (GCs) at a maintenance dose of at least 10 mg/day (prednisolone equivalent) and methotrexate (MTX), including their combined use, are not effective enough to achieve clinical remission. Aim - to study the rate of refractory pulmonary sarcoidosis after conventional treatment with methylprednisolone (MP) and/or MTX in patients with newly diagnosed disease. 250 patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary sarcoidosis (106 men and 144 women; mean age 44 years) were examined.

Two years into the COVID-19 pandemic there is still a need for vaccines to effectively control the spread of novel SARS-CoV-2 variants and associated cases of severe disease. Here we report a messenger RNA vaccine directly encoding for a nanoparticle displaying 60 receptor binding domains (RBDs) of SARS-CoV-2 that acts as a highly effective antigen. A construct encoding the RBD of the Delta variant elicits robust neutralizing antibody response, and also provides protective immunity against the Delta variant in a widely used transgenic mouse model.

Objective: The aim: According to the literature sources to summarize statistics on the prevalence of intrauterine infection and its impact on pregnancy and the condition of newborns at the present stage.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The article analyzes 35 literature sources (scientific publications) from 2000 to 2021, indexed in international scientometric database and covers the incidence of intrauterine infections in countries with different income levels, as well as their impact on pregnancy, childbirth and the condition of newborns.

Conclusion: Conclusions: The main task of obstetrics and gynecology at the present stage is to reduce reproductive losses, which necessitates further study of the etiology of IUI, especially in low- and middle-income countries.
