[The endotoxine aggression in the pathogenesis of postoperative complications in children with Hirsprung disease].

Signs of disseminated intravascular clotting (DIC), which were considered the laboratory sign of the subcompensated endotoxine aggression, were detected in 20 children with the Hirsprung disease, aged 3 months - 11 years. Under the influence of the operation stress the subcompensated DIC transformed to the acute decompensated reaction, which led to early complications, such as anastomosistis with tendency to the insufficiency or stenosis, enterocolitis, etc. The study revealed not only the straight connection between the postoperative complications and endotoxine aggression, but the necessity of preoperative preparation, directed on the decrease of the intestinal endotoxin level and normalization of antiendotoxin immunity.

[Antigens common to human malignant tumors and certain species of microorganisms].

Agglutination, gel precipitation and immunoelectrophoresis demonstrated the presence of antigens common for human malignant tumors of different sites and BCG and Listeria monocytogenic microorganisms. The radioimmunoassay of sera in the agglutination test showed that these sera reacted with tumor cells rather than with cells from normal human tissues. The common antigen had the electrophorectic mobility in the beta-globulin zone.

[Role of suppressor cells in neonatally induced tolerance to transplantable hepatoma 22A].

It was found that adoptive transfer of T lymphocytes from tumor-tolerant ice result in the enhancement of hepatoma 22a growth. This finding suggests an activation of suppressor cells. However, this activation is detectable only in the definite period during the immunologic tolerance induction.
