Objective: This study aims to identify the proteins in hypomineralized second primary molars (HSPMs) and correlate their function in Amelogenesis. HSPM is a qualitative defect of the enamel of the second primary molars with no clear etiology.
Material And Methods: Total protein quantification was performed using the Bradford Protein Assay, followed by the electrophoretic separation of samples using 2D-Gel electrophoresis to identify the proteins.
Purpose: Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell CD19 therapy has changed the treatment paradigm for patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. It is frequently associated with potentially severe toxicities: cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS), and admission to PICU is often required. Some biomarkers seem to correlate with CRS severity.

The P22 protein immunocomplex (P22PI), derived from bovine tuberculin, shows immunostimulating capacity and is used for TB diagnosis. This study assessed the immunogenicity and protective efficacy of P22PI in two groups of goats: 24 naïve goats (12 immunised, 12 controls) from a TB-free herd, and 24 infected goats (12 immunised, 12 controls), referred to as pre-infected animals, from a -infected herd.

Several drugs include the pyrazole scaffold, such as ramifenazone, ibipinabant, antipyrine, and axitinib, etc. They have been extensively studied by the scientific community and are said to have a wide range of biological activity, especially anticancer agents targeting EGFR.
