[Development of simulation model of nonparasitic hepatic cyst treatment in experiment].

The experiment was divided on two stages. On the first stage there was planned elaboration of the hepatic nonparasitic cyst (HNPC) model, on the second--application of various methods of processing of the cyst residual cavity to estimate its eficacy and traumaticity. After elaboration of experimental model of HNPC the white rats were excluded from the experiment on the 3, 7, 14, 21, 60, 90th and 180th day.

[Experimental investigation of the intestine state in laparotomy, perforative peritonitis and ischemic-reperfusional trauma].

The changes of the small intestine wall, occurring under the influence of laparotomy, perforative peritonitis and ischemic-reperfusional trauma (IRT), were studied up in experimental conditions on laboratory rats. The material for the investigation (the intestinal portions and the blood) was gathered up on the second and the fifth day of the experiment. Alterative changes need the least time for restoration, the intestinal wall disorders in the perforative peritonitis conditions appear earlier, and gradually eliminate upon a time.
