IGS ROTI Maps: Current Status and Its Extension towards Equatorial Region and Southern Hemisphere.

The International GNSS Service (IGS) diurnal ROTI maps ionospheric product was developed to characterize ionospheric irregularities occurrence over the Northern hemisphere and has been available for the community since 2014. Currently, the diurnal ROTI maps database hosted by NASA CDDIS covers the period from 2010 to now. Here, we report the ROTI maps product operational status and important changes in the product availability and access.

Ground-Based GNSS and Satellite Observations of Auroral Ionospheric Irregularities during Geomagnetic Disturbances in August 2018.

The 25-26 August 2018 space weather event occurred during the solar minimum period and surprisingly became the third largest geomagnetic storm of the entire 24th solar cycle. We analyzed the ionospheric response at high latitudes of both hemispheres using multi-site ground-based GNSS observations and measurements onboard Swarm and DMSP satellites. With the storm development, the zones of intense ionospheric irregularities of auroral origin largely expanded in size and moved equatorward towards midlatitudes as far as ~55-60° magnetic latitude (MLAT) in the American, European, and Australian longitudinal sectors.

THE HUMAN RIGHT TO QUALITY MEDICAL CARE: CHANGING THE PARADIGM OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION BETWEEN STATES AND INTERACTION OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES AND LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES.

The article examines the issue of international cooperation between states to ensure the human right to quality medical aid, the paradigm of which is radically changing under the influence of such a catalyst as the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the issue of interaction between public authorities and local governments for ensuring this right in foreign countries.The purpose of the article is to identify features of normative-legal as well as organizational and legal (institutional) mechanisms of international cooperation between countries to ensure the human right to quality medical aid during the Covid-19 pandemic, interaction of public authorities and local governments to ensure this right in foreign countries.The object of the research is the public relations arising during the Covid-19 pandemic with international cooperation of states as for ensuring the human right to quality medical aidalong with the interaction of public authorities and local governments.

[Combined rehabilitative treatment of children with type 1 diabetes mellitus based at a spa and resort facility].

A program of combined rehabilitative therapy of children and adolescents presenting with type 1 diabetes mellitus has been developed to be used under conditions of a spa and resort treatment. The program includes education in the "Diabetes mellitus management school", insulin therapy, an optimized regime of motor activity, nutritional therapy, thalassotherapy and heliotherapy, drinking of mineral water, balneo- and peloidotherapy, reflex-acupuncture therapy, and psychotherapy, underwater shower massage, enterosorption, and instrumental physiotherapy. The efficiency of the spa and resort rehabilitative treatment of the patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus was estimated at 93.

[Influence of dioxines on firemen].

The authors analysed dioxines sources and reasons supporting dioxines influence on firemen. Highlevels of dioxines in the firemen who participated in industrial fire extinguishing on JSC "Irkoutskcable" in 1992 assume possible occupational exposure.
