Objective: This study utilized three cell lines: normal prostate epithelial RWPE-1, androgen-dependent LNCaP, and androgen-independent PC3. We investigated the inhibitory effects of phenylboronic acid (PBA)'s inhibitory effect on cellular proliferation due to its ability to disrupt microtubule formation in prostate cancer cell lines. Additionally, this study aimed to assess the cytotoxic effects of PBA on prostate cancer cells using twodimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) cell culture models.

Background: Endometrial cancer remains a significant health concern, with type 1 endometrial cancer characterized by aberrant expression of estrogen-dependent and mTOR pathway proteins. In this study, we evaluated the effects of two novel hydrazone derivatives against the Ishikawa cell line, a model for endometrial cancer.
Methods: Two novel hydrazone derivatives, MVB1 and MVB2, were synthesized and characterized.
Background: There is a strong relationship between growth traits and genes. Identifying genotypes associated with superior phenotypic traits allows for targeted selection, facilitating the development of herds with desirable features. The growth hormone (GH) gene plays a crucial role in growth, development, and metabolism, making it a key focus for growth trait studies in livestock.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFFat graft applications are one of the most frequently used procedures in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. Fat graft survival rate is variable and depends on many parameters. Those are the features of recipient area, method of obtaining the fat graft, the procedures applied to the harvest to get pure fat graft and the application techniques.

Denser and more complex intermolecular cross-linking formations between peptides and gel network structures were observed in the first and last scanning electron microscope images of MTGase-containing groups.
