Giant fibrolipomatous polyp of the oesophagus: a case report.

Giant pedunculated oesophageal polyps are rare intraluminal tumours which are usually benign. they include fibrovascular polyp, liposarcoma, harmatomas and lipomas. They may be asymptomatic for a long time and thus attain an enormous size.
