[Circulating immune complexes and the indices of the kallikrein-kinin system in viral hepatitis B].

The authors describe the dynamics of circulating immune complexes and indices of kallikrein-kinin system in the dynamics of the disease and convalescence period of patients with viral hepatitis B. A relationship was established between indices of the kallikrein-kinin system and their prognostic significance in the formation of unfavourable outcomes of the disease.

[Clinico-genetic and hemostatic disorders in viral hepatitis B].

Viral hepatitis B is characterized by pronounced chromatid and chromosome structural defects of peripheral blood T lymphocytes. The chromosome aberrations are longer in hepatitis B than in hepatitis A, in protracted and chronic forms in particular. Excessive circulating immune complexes occur in acute hepatitis.
