EPIDEMIOLOGICAL DATA ON THE DETECTION OF IMMUNOGLOBULINS OF CLASS IGM, IGG TO SARS-COV-2 AMONG POPULATION OF POLTAVA REGION.

Objective: The aim: Of this study was to analyze epidemiological data on the detection of immunoglobulins of class M and G (IgM, IgG) to SARS-CoV-2 among urban and rural population of Poltava region.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: We have analyzed the research results of 2841 patients to determine IgM and IgG levels to SARS-CoV-2. The study included the results of patients in Poltava and nearby villages of Poltava region, obtained during July - December 2020.

COMPLEX THERAPY OF ATOPIC CHEILITIS.

Objective: The aim: Was to evaluate clinical data after the use of pimecrolimus (1% cream "Elidel") in patients with mild and moderate severity of atopic cheilitis, according to modern therapeutic requirements. There was an algorithm of treatment the patients with cheilitis proposed it based on the data from literary sources and personal clinical experience.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: 22 patients with atopic cheilitis aged from 19 to 40 agreed on a clinical examination in accordance with the protocol of the study.

[The pathogenetic mechanisms of periodontal tissue damage in chronic stress and spontaneous periodontitis in rats].

It has been found that chronic stress in rats promotes an increase in the general collagenolytic activity of the parodontium soft tissues and resorption of its osseous tissue. Analogical changes in the mentioned parameters in case of spontaneous parodontitis confirm the significant role of a chronic stress in genesis of the parodontium damage.

[Changes in oxidative phosphorylation in mitochondria of rat liver after introduction of thiophosphamide].

Oxidative phosphorylation in the rat liver mitochondria was studied as affected thiophosphamide 1, 6 and 24 h 3, 7, 15 and 30 days after administration of the chemopreparation. Considerable changes were found in oxidative phosphorylation. The degree of disturbances is different depending on the period which passed after radiomemetics administration.
