Objectives: To analyze the results obtained in terms of efficacy and safety during the learning curve of a surgical team in the technique of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration with cholecystectomy (LCBDE+LC) using choledochoscopy for the treatment of patients with cholelithiasis and choledocolithiasis or common bile duct stones (CBDS) (CDL).
Methods: Single-center prospective analysis of patients treated with LCBDE+LC during the first 4 years of implementation of the technique. A descriptive and comparative analysis was carried out between groups according to the transcystic (TCi) or transcolecocal (TCo) approach, and also evolutionary by periods.
Objective: The aim: To study the features of changes in the level of prostaglandins (I2 and F2α) in blood serum of patients GERD on the background of OH of the cervical and thoracic spine and obesity.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The examined patients included 56 patients with GERD and OH of the cervical and thoracic spine. All patients had their blood serum prostaglandin (Pg) F2α and 6-keto prostaglandin F1α (blood prostacyclin - Pg I2) levels examined using the method of immunoassay analysis.
Objective: The aim: To determine the features of changes in serum ghrelin levels and its relationship with the body mass index in patients with GERD and spondyloarthritis (SpA) with lesions of the cervical and thoracic spine.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The examined patients included 80 patients with SpA with cervical and thoracic spine lesions in combination with GERD. The examined patients with SpA with predominant cervical and thoracic spine lesions were divided into two groups depending on the clinical course of GERD, namely: group I included 33 (41.
There has been increased concern regarding the potential human health risks associated with exposure to phthalates. Research indicates that food intake is the most critical exposure pathway for phthalates. This study aimed to investigate packaged beef samples for the presence of dimethyl terephthalate (DMTP), di-n-butyl phthalate (DnBP), and diisooctyl phthalate (DiOP) and to assess their translocation from the common form of food packaging procured from various Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region shops.
