The lack of specific symptoms, imitation of other malignant gynecological diseases, significant similarity with endometrial and ovarian cancer make FTC a disease that is difficult to diagnose. At the preoperative stage, FTC can be detected in 0 to 21% of cases.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: We examined 210 pregnant women with metabolic disorders using clinical and laboratory data, uterine artery Doppler, determi¬nation of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system, leptin and placental growth factor content. The fetal condition was assessed by ultrasound examination with Doppler, determination of biophysical profile, and cardiotocography.
It is stated that in women with the abortion threat at any term of gestation (I, II, III trimesters) the endocrine function of the thymus essentially increases. The role of hormones in the thymic activity disorder is studied. It is shown that insufficiency of the functional activity of the trophoblast ranks first in the mechanism of hormonal regulation of thymic endocrine function in nonbearing of pregnancy.
