Analysis of the domestic market for COVID-19 diagnostic kits by real-time reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction.

Features of the humoral response to immunization "Gam-COVID-Vac" and in patients with COVID-19.

The paper present the results of a survey of people who have undergone immunization with a combined vector vaccine for the prevention of coronavirus infection COVID-19 «Sputnik V - Gam-COVID-Vac», as well as COVID-19 recovalents. Using a quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, the levels of specific IgG were determined in persons who had had different degrees of severity before vaccination, in persons who were immuno-negative before immunization, as well as in convalescents who had undergone coronavirus infection of varying severity. The immunological targeting of antibodies against various SARS-CoV-2 proteins is considered.

[Choice of radical surgical method in patients with sutured perforated gastroduodenal ulcers].

Long-term results of suturing of perforated gastroduodenal ulcer in 364 patients were analyzed. Within 16 years after surgery recurrence of ulcer was seen in 215 (62.9%) patients.

[Restoration of nutritional status in patients with complicated course of ulcer during preoperative period].

The comparative analysis of the efficiency of the enteral tube feeding and parenteral feeding in 52 patients with the subcompensated stenosis of the pylorus was carried out. Satisfactory results were received in all groups of patients taking enteral and parenteral feeding. Consequently, the differences in the parameters of the catabolic index and general protein in the patients taking balanced food mixes rich in calories and 'usual feeding' were statistically significant.

[Pharmacotherapy in complex treatment of ulcerous stenosis].

The authors present results of the examination and treatment of 64 patients with ulcer disease complicated by stenosis (27 patients had compensated stenosis, 33--subcompensated and 4 patients--decompensated stenosis). The investigation of the dynamics of main pathophysiological disorders and specific action of medicinal preparations has revealed the causes of ineffectiveness of standard antiulcerous therapy. The principles of conservative treatment of ulcer disease with stenosis are developed.
