We consider both the skin and the musculoskeletal compartment and how different manifestations of psoriatic inflammation are linked. This review brings a focus to the importance of inflammatory feedback loops that exist in the initiation and chronic stages of the condition, and how close interaction between the epidermis and both innate and adaptive immune compartments drives psoriatic inflammation.

We build on this structure to propose a tiered approach for resilience assessment that can be integrated into the existing regulatory processes. Comprehensive approaches to assessing resilience at appropriate and operational scales, reconciling analytical complexity as needed with stakeholder needs and resources available, and ultimately creating actionable recommendations to enhance resilience are still lacking.

All patients had the Furlong HA-coated stem and screw in acetabular cup with a 28-mm alumina oxide ceramic modular head. The mean age at the time of primary total hip arthroplasty was 54 years (range, 31-67 years).
